I have ordered from them many times and never had any issues with the products or customer service until now!I have 2 items missing from my order.I have emailed them 4 times, sent a message to them in ******** messenger no response.*** even tried calling, but did not get an answer.Review from crossy R

I purchased 5 Bar Bundle - Even Skin Turmeric Beauty Bar, 5-Pack Healthy Glow - **************** Body Scrub Bundle and Sugar Kissed: 5-Pack Lip Scrub Bundle. back in December 2023. My account was charged for this and I NEVER Received the order. I contacted this company several times, WITH NO RESPOND FROM THEM. This company need to be exposed..Review from Monica S

If I could give 0 stars I would. I always seen this ad come across my ******** page and despite some of the bad reviews I took a chance and ordered from them. BIG MISTAKE. I purchased 15 items ($200 of my hard earned money) from this company but only received 3 items: 1 body oil, 1 bar of soap, and 1 body butter which the seal was broken and it had a black speck of dirt in it! So i emailed this company and ******* replied back saying I opted out of Purchase Protective when I was NEVER given this option at check out so its nothing they could do about it. Mind you my package came in good condition which let me know it was the company not delivery who SCAMMED me. BUYERS BEWARE do your research on this BLACK OWNED company before purchasing and you will find many reviews like mine. Reason why a lot of BLACK OWNED companies dont make it. I have purchased MANY items from this company over the past year. Most recently I purchased some items that were not of good quality. They were dried out and obviously old. I contacted them about a refund and was told I have to pay the return shipping fee of $9. The total cost of the products was around $17. I find this to be a disingenuine business practice. They sold a loyal customer subpar products and required the customer to pay return shipping for them.
