  I went in and paid the initial payment for a bed. About 45 mins later they told me that the platforms would take 4 to 6 weeks to come in. At first I said okay but later on decided to buy the platform else where. I have a special needs daughter her needed the extra lift. Okay delivery day I go in to tell Antwan I got a platform "he kept saying **** **** **** like I cant fix this" okay I called Acima they said they could the man John was amazing I was told the delivery would be 3 pm the they would be loading my bed on the truck 333 I called back and asked where the bed was he said Mrs **** its being loaded 410 comes along he said we had 8 delivery before yours. What you said 3 pm I'd have my bed 503 the delivery driver called okay im not signing nothing until they fix my contract cause I already bought my platform elsewhere 510 DeAndre called ans he was condescending and laughing at me because I was already upset and frustrated I told him I dont want my special needs daughter sleeping on the ground because we already put her bed to the side of the road at 145pm this day because I was told 3.pm delivery he keep saying **** what is wrong your so negative and whats really going on I told him I want my daughters bed he keep being rude and laughing at me why I was trying to explain to him three times what was going on he continued laughing at me. He said you will get it. Shop closes at 7 pm its 806 I still have NO BED I called Raleigh two times the man was extremely sweet he said at 650 pm he called them and they said it was on the way. I very upset frustrated. I shouldve have not been put thru this. If they are going to tell you a time they should be there. And if they can't keep there time maybe they shouldn't book so many deliveries I already bumped my Wednesday to Friday for them. And still NO BED. Digusting service INGORANT PEOPLE WORKING THERE, they have not contacted me at all to say whether they are coming or not. So im stuck up waiting on them with work at 4 am‼ïïïïï��ï��ïï��ï��ïïï��ï��ïï��ï��ïïïï��ï��ïï��ï��ïïï��ï��ïï��ï��
