      311 days ago I ordered a luggage rack for my Harley and they keep telling me its on Backorder and refuse to give me my money back over the phone they tell me I have to come in and they will return it then. They will only return my money instore. I live 2 hours away and now have to drive to there place of business to receive my money.

      Service department... One of the worst I have been to. Avoid at all costs, especially now that you have a backed right to repair ruling. What went wrong? Paid about $1500 for the installation of new bars, and a few other things. Received the bike back, scratches everywhere all over the bike. They wanted to make it right, so I took it back and got new bars installed and scratches buffed out...a month later. I go to pick the bike up... New bars are loose, turn signals are completely scratched, and they burned the paint on my fender trying to fix the previous issues. Fender will be another 10-12 weeks, and they denied that they could have scratched the bike further, blaming "road debris damage" with the same scratches that were on the bars in the first place. Mind you, there is clearly no other damage. So I'm SOL on those, we will see what else gets ruined when I bring the bike back to fix the fender. And the best part, they called me "that customer" for identifying these issues. You mean one who expects to get what they pay for? What you pay for is ok service, poor quality control, and excuse-making. Do yourself a favor, take your bike elsewhere. Please, for as much as we spend on these.
