      Took my vehicle in to have it detailed and buffed which they did a great job . The issues I have was that there was a medium size fire extinguisher in the back passenger area of my truck with a current inspection tag on it . When I went to pick my truck up there was a small, beat up ,rusted ,out dated fire extinguisher in my truck in place of the one I had. When I confronted head person in the detail shop , his wife was there and started she took the stuff out of the back of my truck and didn't remember see a fire extinguisher. Funny thing if she didn't remember seeing one somebody did as the put a little one back in my truck in place of mine, this was on a Friday , The head of the detail shop said let him check around. After not hearing anything from him I checked back with him late Monday afternoon, I showed him a like fire extinguisher to show him what size the one missing was I'm missing . He kept insisting that little fire extinguisher came out of my truck and tried to show me where "he" said it had been sliding around in the small compartment in my truck . I told him that I don't have any fire extinguisher that small (again) and that I sure didn't have any with brackets on them and none as wore out as that one or as small . He said he would check the cameras there at the business and get back with me. Telling me then we would find out if he was right or if I was right, basically tell me I was lying. Well here it is Thursday afternoon and I still haven't heard from him since Monday. So I sent him a text , but then again "no response ". So I guess he's just sweeping it under the carpet and telling me I lying .Wether it be him or someone else there is a thief there at that business

      I would like to remove this complaint as Mike Hammer the general manager for Lee Hyundai in Fayetteville has gone out of his way and beyond to make this complaint right . I highly respect Mr. Hammer for the way he handled this whole situation and can't thank him enough for his concerns and communicating with me and reaching out to me the way he did . Mr. Hammer is the type of person you would like to do business with. Again , Thank you Mike

      My wife and I contacted this dealership to get our vehicle fixed. We called at the end of June to inform them what was going on. They then stated to bring the vehicle July 18 because at the moment they were backed up and had to push vehicle intake to that date. We waited until July 18. When July 18 2022 came, we contacted them to make sure everything was still a go to bring the vehicle in and where to go. We were then informed that our vehicle could not be taken in and it would be about 2 months before anything could be done. If we brought the vehicle in, we were notified that we would be charged a storage fee even though we were told to bring the vehicle in on that date. I felt this was very unprofessional and disheartening on their part as someone from their team told us to come. Not only did we waste 2 weeks of waiting and was off from work to be able to take care of it, we could have used that time to find another dealership to assist this issue. Because of the disservice on their part, we're now having to miss work and take off because of this.

We are experiencing unusual delays and supply chain issues that are causing unprecidented lag times for service and scheduling back ups for service.

      I decided to purchase a 2022 Huyndai Ioniq and placed a $500 deposit. The dealer took 5 days to send me paperwork and I sent a review to them. Then the General Sales Manager calls me and states I took too long to fill out paperwork and because I sent the poor review, he was cancelling my sale. This is the worst customer relations I have ever had. Since I sent the deposit, aren't they obligated to sell me the car??

      We gave Mr. *** several additional days beyond our 72 hour policy to make arrangements to complete the sale before we could begin to print any paperwork. UPS didn't deliver over the weekend. When we received the paperwork back, the purchase order was blank and not signed by the customer. We are a privately owned company and choose not to do business with Mr.****. Mr.**** lives in Atlanta where there many other local dealers he can attempt to do business with.
