      I traded in my truck for a car here. I was due to receive my refund from positive equity in my truck. I was told 2 weeks at first. Ive been up there, *** emailed several times, and all they do is ignore me! This is thousands of dollars of my hard earned money! Its been over a month now! No word!!!

      After 2 visits to the Liberty Ford of Fayetteville's service ****** and spending almost $2,000, my car's A/C is still not pushing out cold air.1st visit: I took my 2006 **** Mustang GT to this dealership on 3/4/2024 because the A/C was pushing out warm air. There were refrigerant leaks and the system was recharged with refrigerant. Cost: $450.13.2nd visit: I had to take car back to this dealer's service ***** on 5/24/2024 because the air coming out of the vents was cool (60 degrees), not cold, like it was before. Compressor was replaced and system was recharged with refrigerant. Cost: $1,258.68.Total costs for 2 visits: $1,708.81. I am very disappointed and angry, and I feel like I was ripped off, after spending almost $2,000, the problem should have been fixed to my satisfaction by now. After taking my car to an independent garage, they said the air from the vents should be 40 degrees. I was told at the dealer service ***** that "On warmer days, 60 degrees from the vents is within specifications." They care more about "specifications" than pleasing the customer.Don't take your car here for A/C repairs. They will do the minimum and charge the maximum, and they don't care if the customer is happy or not.

      Voided warranty on car purchased from them because there was still a factory warranty on the car.That was canceled on January 22 2024 .They still haven't returned the canceled money warranty to my bank, and it is April 1 2024.

      We bought a new vehicle from this dealership. I paid them a $500 deposit and once the final purchase was made they tried to say it went towards my final costs but it didnt. What made this worse is that when we went to sign our purchase papers, we asked for an extended warranty straightaway, because we have never bought a **** before. The finance man, ******* said at least four times that he was giving us a discount that would give us more. We actually trusted this man. What he in fact did was misrepresented the reality. He was poor at explaining things and we found out that he charged us over FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS for extended warranties services that, in reality, were far less. ****s own website told me that the same extended warranty we got was three thousand dollars cheaper than what we saw on our paperwork. I think what he did was very under handed and made this experience ruined for us. We did ask that it be cancelled. It was his s**** up, not ours. We were very direct about what we wanted. He took advantage or TRIED to by underestimating us. I looked deeper into this and uncovered it. It should not be US to fill out paperwork that cancels this. He should have did all of that himself. Not us. And then we ************. We will get it removed and refunded but now we have to refinance due to this mess. I want my $500 back and I want this inflated price warranty removed from my account.

      To whomever it may concern, Recently, I made several attempts to talk to the service manager at Liberty Ford of Fayetteville regarding a mechanical defect with my newly purchased 2023 **** Expedition *********** vin #*****************. On the 2nd of October, my car unexpectedly accelerated and traveled over three curves and finally came to a stop after all airbags deployed and flattered three tires. Fayetteville PD initiated a report at 01:45 p.m., and my auto insurance was immediately notified (GEICO)(claims adjuster). **** Motor Company was contacted on the following day, the 3rd of October, case number CAS-********-P9C4T7, and additionally contacted NHTSA, ODI # ********. The car is now at the *** salvage auction, ****************************************************. ************************ unintended acceleration (SUA) is the unintended, unexpected, uncontrolled acceleration of a vehicle, often accompanied by an apparent loss of braking effectiveness.

      I have purchased a new car before but I went out of my comfort zone and came to this dealership bc they had a car that I liked & I must say the level of professionalism is very poor they speak to you like you are incompetent & The managers there are very unprofessional they don't follow through with there words and are unreliable when it comes to properly handling business has they should I wouldn't recommend a fly to come through those doors.

      To anyone wanting service or to buy a vehicle fro Liberty/Crown ***** please run fas as you can in the opposite direction. Do your homework, take a few minutes and read the reviews. It will save you some time and definitely save you some money. The name has changed but the quality of service and lack of customer support is still awful!!!!What respectable business or management team would allow the massive number of bad reviews to accumulate without attempting to resolve or improve thier product and or services. This place is horrible and allowed to exist without any oversight or quality assurance plan for it customers and their vehicles. If so, show it!

      STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!! Went in for an oil change and magically my truck didn't want to start up even though I just drove it in there. They went ahead and did a diagnostic and said that the body control module needed replacing and it would cost almost $900 to replace it. Also, that the part was on National back order and they only had one left so they recommended that I get it replaced now. I argued that they should fix it for free since my truck was running just fine before going into their service department. It sounded like this service department wanted more money and scamming good people so I towed it home to find another dealership that would help me. Took it to another Ford dealership and low and behold, it was 2 blown fuses and it cost me $83 to fix! Crown Ford should be ashamed of themselves trying to scam veterans into getting parts replaced that didn't need replacing!!! STAY AWAY!!
