I bought my car about a month and a half ago from this dealership and everything seemed fine. I was told that they had to order my second key and when it came in someone would call me to have it programed for my car. Well after about 3 weeks I reached out to the salesman that sold me my car and he said he would have someone call me to get me scheduled. About a few days later a guy in the service department by the name of ****** called me to get me scheduled, he asked me what day of the week worked best for me I told him Saturday he responded by saying couldn't I choose a better day than Saturday and I explained to him that I work 6 days a week and Saturday isn't the best day but it's the better day for me. So he scheduled me well Friday rolls around and calls me and tells me that he will not have any one in the service department the next day(Saturday) to program my key.....yeah right!!! And told me he would called me back to schedule me as soon as he found out more information. I went today for my scheduled time to have my second key programmed and was informed after sitting there 3 hours that "they have seemed to miss place my key" oh and after waiting to have my navi programed was told that didn't come with my car I would have to pay a $500 fee for the code!!!! I was never told this when I bought my car, I was told that it would be taken care of when I came to get my second key programed.
