Do not go to Reed ******* for service. I've taken my car to them for multiple repairs over the last several months. They consistently failed to communicate with me about the status of my car. I worked with two main service advisors, Tim ****** and Matt ****** Neither of them made much of an effort to effectively communicate with me. Most of the time I had to call them both to get a status on my car. It felt like I was pulling teeth just to find out if anyone had even gotten to check on my car. In addition, every time they finish one thing another issue pops up. I've had my car for 12 years and I've never had this many problems. This last two times I brought in my car because the Stabilitrak service light went off. They fixed that (for $2000) and then a couple of weeks later I had to bring it back for the exact same problem. When I brought it in, they told me they couldn't replicate the problem. Only when I insisted there was a problem did they go back and do a deeper diagnostic (which took them an additional week to get to).

My main issue is that they continuously failed to keep me informed about my car. They even failed to call me after one of their service advisors, Mathew ********, specifically promised me that one of Reed Lallier's supervisors, Katherine ********* would contact me. Reed Lallier does not deserve your trust. Go elsewhere.
