In my opinion, All American Plumbing did a great job replacing the old pipes for our apartment building. ************* came in & dug up the ground & started replacing the old pipes. A few days later ****** joined the *********** finished the work by the middle of the week. These gentlemen were polite, hard working & very pleasant. They went out of their way to make sure that the walkways were not obstructed before they left each day & made sure that the temporary gaps in the sidewalk were covered & the main site was taped off so that no one might arbitrarily fall into the work site.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!If I could give this substandard and unprofessional company 0 stars I would. My home warranty assigned this company to come unclog a clogged kitchen sink. They arrived and instead of troubleshooting the kitchen sink they went under the house and said my entire pipe needs to be replaced and left the clog without troubleshooting ($1300.00). I called the company and got the rudest, most incompetent receptionist named ********. I asked the most basic questions about the service call and she proceeded to tell me that she is in an office of 3 females and that I was being rude for asking her questions about the service call. Confused by this statement I again asked how the technician troubleshot the clog and she then told me I was being irate towards a female and she was going to put me on the do not service list. I then asked for the address to the company so that I could come talk to the manager. After giving me the address she told me that if I come to the office she would call police on me and then hung up on me. This company is a complete joke. I will be putting this review on as many review sites that I can find. I also have called my home warranty company and put in a formal complaint to have them removed as one of their vendors. After this interaction I looked up their reviews and found this is a common occurrence for them. I am not sure how this company has rated an A+ rating with BBB. My review mirrors the ones others have left here. All American Plumbing was contracted by American Home Shield to service our water heater at a home where we have tenants. After their first visit last week, the water heater began leaking again. All American told AHS that this was a new issue and that we would need to open another service ticket. I called AHS and got that misinformation corrected since this was the same water heater leaking again. AHS expedited the service requirement and All American went to our home again today. The tech from All American told our tenants that they would need to order a part but in order to install the part, we would again have to open another ticket with AHS. I immediately called AHS who stated that the information provided by All American is incorrect. A new ticket does NOT need to be opened to install an ordered part stemming from today's appointment. AHS is working on finding a new contractor as we are REFUSING to be strung along by All American any longer. This seems to be their thing - to drag out service appointments so that they can collect service fees. Our tenants deserve better treatment.
