    I contacted Bobby Taylor oil company in early 2019 to have them provide me a tank and install the gas line hook up for my stove. They did the installation and provided me with a tank of their choosing and informed me that I would need to call them when it reaches 20% of gas left to refill it. During the installation it was clear this was only to be used for cooking and nothing else. At no time did they inform me there would be a charge for the rental of the tank nor a penalty for not using the refill service within a certain time frame. I had since refilled the tank with them once to my recollection in late 2021. May 31 I received a bill for $75, I called to inquire about the charge and the receptionist said it was a non usage fee. I informed her I had 65% gas still in the tank and am actively using it for cooking as I always have. She said the tank could be used elsewhere. I informed her I would find another company to deal with. At no time did I ask her to end my service immediately. When I returned home that evening I went to turn on my stove and realized the tank was gone. They came without permission, without notification and removed my tank with the 65% of gas I already paid for in it. I called the next day to ask why and ***** barked at me that I refused to pay the bill. I told him I certainly did not request for my tan to be picked up and he hung the phone up on me. At no time did I give them permission to enter my yard nor had I requested them to pick up the tank. They tank was indeed their property but the gas inside the tank was mine because I paid for it and they stole it without any notification of their intent and have yet to compensate me for it. This is theft &bullying me into using their service at their pace. Had they made this known when I originally borrowed the tank from them I would have chosen otherwise but companies are not allowed to change their policies for existing customers, and if they do they certainly are required to give full notice

    ****** , ******** ********** Poor customer service to ******* ****** ** people. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. Can't believe I went an fought for my Country just to Allow ****** to to treat me less than. All ******** this man an Company does Not Deserve Our Business. At any moment that you question his hidden fees They will Lie and get rude, an then come take the heater just to inconvenience the customer. They do this to punish the customer. All **** AVOID ***** ******

    Mr. B. called our office cussing because he ran out of propane. He is a COD customer therefore it is his responsibility to keep his tank worked. We tried to help Mr. B. but were unable to do so because of his belligerent attitude. When a customer runs out of propane we conduct a gas check before the system is put back in service, Mr. B. refused to have this done and we were unable to help after this.

    That was not an accurate response from them. They came out and refilled the tank per the usual. However there was still no hot water. When I informed him of this he told me it would be an additional 150 dollars, when I disputed it he became unprofessional and his manager was even worse. They threatened to take the tank so I said ok. I asked u will come take it but not fix it,,they hung up. Took the tank next day at 12 from the yard,,then hit my card for the 270 dollars at 3. Because of this we are being evicted.
