********************************************************************* The absolute worst in terms of client services, rentals and home ownership. Unprofessional, arrogant, bordering on the criminal when it comes to helping homeowners. They have an ARC process for fences, etc. but lose applications and not own up to it, even after six months of calling them, and a personal trip to their office to resolve. We are organizing to terminate them from our new homes subdivision before more homeowners are affected.

On June 7, 2024, I personally responded to an email received from ************************** explaining to him that the pictures of the Architectural Request Form that he had emailed to the *** Manager in April 2024 were not acceptable forms of submission by the Developer/Declarant of the *** that he owns property in. To further clarify, there was significant details still missing from the information that he had attempted to submit to the ***. For example, the information did not include the dimensions of the fence proposal, nor did it confirm what type of fence he was requesting approval for (i.e. 6ft white vinyl, 6 ft wood picket, etc.). Our staff has attempted to assist ************************** in getting the approval from the Developer/Declarant by even reaching out to the fence contractor that he selected for the fence installation, but our office has still not received the required information in its entirety. We have also attempted to explain to ************************** that this is not a requirement of our company, but it is the requirement of the *** Developer/Declarant who is currently the ***** of ********* for the *** and is the approving authority for such proposals. Our staff has attempted to do everything that we possibly can do in order to assist this homeowner with submitting a fully complete proposal for consideration/approval to ensure that he is in compliance with the *** Covenants.

********************************************* has contracted with local towing companies to take people vehicles and charge them hundreds of dollars to get them back. My daughter recently just moved into a apartment complex and had not gotten the parking decal yet as she just moved in and is 9 months pregnant. In the middle of the night JP towing came in and took her vehicle.I tried to find out what happened and when we contacted this company they were very rude and tried to make it sound like it was ok what they did and also refused to release contact information to address the issue with a responsible party with this HOA. They use the towing company to make money off people by contracting special agreements with JP towing. It was stated to me that JP patrols the parking lot and seizes vehicles with no decals. ** then charges people $220 to get their cars back. It's legal theft. Stealing people's vehicles to gain a money revenue . They hide behind legal contracts granting them permission which this HOA granted. Shame on them and ** towing here in ************ **.I will be taking every effort to make the public aware of their schemes of deception.

Our staff attempted to explain to ************** that the condo complex her daughter rented a condo in is part of an HOA that requires parking decals to be displayed in the windshield of all residents' vehicles to avoid being towed from the property. When ************** demanded that someone pay the towing fee for her daughters car being towed, our staff also explained that if the tenant (her daughter) was not informed of the fact that they must have a parking decal in order to park in resident parking areas that she would need to contact ***************************** that they rented the condo from. When any condo owner leases out their privately owned condo, it is the responsibility of the owner and/or their rental management company to ensure that their tenants are given all of the rules and regulations for the **** In addition, there are countless signs posted throughout the condo complex that warn residents and their visitors that parking decals are required in order to park in the resident parking areas and that vehicles without the required parking decal are subject to immediate tow. The ***** of ********* for this HOA (Briarcliffe Condominiums) voted to implement the towing several years ago. J&P Towing is the tow company that tows any vehicles that are in violation. *************** HOA nor ********************************************** **** benefit financially in any way for any vehicles that are towed from the property. The only party that is possibly responsible for this incident would be the rental company that ****************** daughter rented the condo through if they did not provide her with a copy of the rules and regulations prior to her moving in. That is who ************** should be upset with and should be filing a complaint against.

Sept, 14, 2023 my car was taken from my numbered parking spot right after I got home at 11:15 am, after morning duties. In 1 hour when I was ready to go to work my car was gone. When I called ************************************************ a phone number of ***** ****** and Transporting. The towing company took my car from my numbered parking lot without any notice right upfront of my work hours. You messed up my work, my family routine, my safety. I asked the *** managers ************** and *********************** to schedule personal meetings to discuss the issue on next week - no any response yet.

We have responded to **************** emails regarding the towing of the ***** Pilot. The vehicle was towed because it was in violation of the *** parking rules that are posted throughout the property. The parking spaces at that specific property are assigned/numbered spaces. In order for any vehicle to be parked in those numbered spaces, the vehicle must have an *** issued parking decal displayed in the front windshield of the vehicle. The ***** Pilot was parked in a numbered space, and it did not have the required parking decal in the windshield as required. I will ensure that the *** Manager, ***** reaches back out to **************** to schedule a meeting or call to address any additional questions that she may have though. Thank you.

In addition, I just pulled the email correspondence from **************** about further discussing/meeting with *****. After responding to her email questions, she did email again on Friday 9/15/2023 requesting to a meeting. Today is Monday and our staff will reach out to **************** as soon as possible.
