            Turner Realty was my landlord for 2 years. I requested the fence be fixed at move-in and then again through their website and the work was never done. I had to pay to fix the fence myself so my dogs would not get out. I told them at move in the carpet smelled like urine and there were stains all over it and they never came to inspect. I showed them pictures of the stains and the water in my steam cleaner to prove the carpets were never cleaned before I moved in. Turner Realty stated the home was move-in ready but there were holes in the walls, rust stains in the tub, the tub/shower diverters didn't work, and the very large trees in the yard were falling on the house and on my family. I made a complete list of all items that needed attention and nothing was ever done. Do not rent from Turner Realty, they are slumlords.

            We are so sorry to hear that you feel this way. You noted on your move in inspection form that you cleaned the carpets but never submitted a work order pertaining to the carpets. There were no holes in the walls with the exception of a few small nail holes. The property was in good condition and was maintained throughout your stay. You submitted a work order pertaining to the fence and a contractor was contacted immediately to repair the fence and gate. The contractor took longer than they should to see about scheduling with you but you had already made the repair yourself, without ever following up with us about the repair. You only submitted the one work order pertaining to the fence. There was a tree in the backyard that we had removed during your tenancy, but it was not dead nor a hazard on move in.
