    On saturday March 9 my husband and I attended my neice baby shower around 6 pm. When we got there my family was already at the table sitting the waitress was making sure everyone had their drinks. When we sat down she asked us what we would like to drink. She never let us know her name. So we told her what we wanted to drink. Since it was an special occasion my husband wanted to by drinks(alcohol) for the first time daddy to be and first time grandfather. So he was letting her know to get their drinks calmly, and the tab would be on us. We'll she went and got the daddy to be drink but forgot the grandfather to be. So he calmly again said, "Hey, hey, don't forget to ask the grandfather what he wants to drink) Then out of nowhere she screamed and said that your not about to be talking to me like a dog. Everyone at the table looked around like puzzled. What is her problem? No one spoke to her like a dog. The waitress went in back and told the general manager. The general manager came came to our table asking who talking to her like a dog with attitude looking at my husband like he did something wrong. So with her looking at him like that with attitude like she was ready to fight he asked her was she mad? She took it as if he was trying to be funny and it made her more upset than she was. Then here cones the back and forth with the general manager and my husband. She told us to get out. I told her no we are not going anywhere because we did not do anything wrong. She said oh yes you are or I am calling the police. At this time she grabbed my husband arm and tried taking his drink out of his hand. Now this is when employees came from back helping her tackle my husband to kick him out. We was embarrassed everyone was looking at us as if we was in the wrong. Three men from the back escorted us out the door. We left feeling sad because we was trying to celebrate an special occasion. We tried calling back up there to speak to someone and the was rude and said it was our fa

    I had the worst experience ever! I love Smokey bones! My favorite restaurant ever! However, the customer service I received from the waiter and the manager on the scale of **** was 0. I went in with a friend was seated. The waiter asked for my drink selection. I ordered a coke then said wait a minute can I get a water too. He then stated with a serious face are you going to be a problem? I thought he was joking? But he wasnt! My friend said no and I said no. My friend is a diabetic and she does not drink diet soda, so she asked for unsweetened lemonade. He said they do not have it. So she asked for **** lemon wedges, ice water and equal. He told her no! She then stated that she was willing to pay for it. He said no! She asked if he could he give each one of us 2 wedges each ( by then my 2 daughters had arrived). He said no! He then stated what you are not about to do is sit here and make lemonade! My daughter said we are going to need a new waiter! He said yes you are! He began to walk away. Then came back to start on us again because he thought he heard us say he was mean. He was mean. He ran straight to his manager to explain what happened and his manager never came to us for customer recovery! We got up to go somewhere else to eat! I waited at the podium for the manager he never came over. I told another waiter to tell to come to the podium. The manager finally came over and said he never had problems with him. I was not satisfied with that. He let me explain what happened gave out 4 $10.00 cards. I am still not satisfied! I worked 30 years insurance adjusting and have never treated anyone like that. I have been cursed at yelled at and did not retaliate. There is no excuse for this treatment.
