            On February 15, 2022 TMDS Transportation Services picked my 2007 Toyota truck up for transportation from Queen Creek, Arizona to Grimesland, North Carolina. Upon delivery my truck was severely damaged on both sides of the rear of the truck to include my bed cover. Since delivery I've made several attempts in receiving a claim on the damages through TMDS Transportation Services with NO resolve. I've made contact with TMDS's insurance company and the owner of the business with NO resolve. It's been over thirty days since delivery of my vehicle and insurance and owner have not payed for damages of my vehicle. Estimates on damages 3,100 dollars. Photographs were taken of the damage upon delivery and the TMDS owner was immediately notified of the incident/situation. Owner indicated several times he would send check covering repair of my vehicle. Owners name is Tavares M******. Owners phone number is 706-371-8095.
