I purchased a new home located at **************************************************************** (*************************) in April 2021. As part of the purchase, two vinyl gates were to be installed by the business known as "Fence Scapes." Due to the Covid pandemic, the materials needed for this project were not immediately available according to the contractor and this was understandable. Beginning in October 2021, I began calling Fence Scapes to inquire as to when my two gates would be installed. Repeated calls resulted in promises by the business to appear, but they never came. In December 2021, I called the company and was informed that they were going to ******* that wekend to pick up a load of fencing materials and that they would complete the job in a couple of weeks. They never came. Finally, after leaving a note with the company's crew at another job site in the neighborhood, they showed up at my residence to install the two gates during the first week of March 2022. As the crew was digging the holes for the fence posts, they repeatedly struck the concrete foundation of my neighbor's home located at *********************, which caused an interior stained glass to fall and break. When the homeowner came out and informed them what they had done, they abruptly left. On 03-10-2022, at 9:35 AM, I contacted **** at Fence Scapes and he stated that his crew would "be there tomorrow (03-11-2022) between 9:00 & 9:30 AM. They never came. On 03-14-2022, at 9:20 AM, I called Fence Scapes, but no answer. A voice mail message was left. On 03-15-2022, at 8:55 AM, I again called Fence Scapes and again no answer. Was unable toleave a voice message because the "mailbox was full."
