On 06-27-22, I purchased a bike seat from Cane Creek after advice from ******************* for $199.00. (Order # ******). The bike seat didn't fit my bike. On-07-16-22, I initiated a return of the bike by email requesting a RA#. On 07-18-22, I received an RA # ***** from *********************** via email. On 07-19-22, I returned the bike seat via **** (Tracking # 1ZR047X00377262130). The bike seat was received at their dock on 07-21-22. On 08-01-22, I sent an email inquiring about the refund. No reply; On 08-08-22, I sent another email inquiring as to my refund. *********************** replied on 08-08-22 with the following response...Hi *******************************,I've followed up twice trying to track this down, I am sincerely sorry for the delay. We have undergone a payment/software update and I'm awaiting an ETA on when the refund can be fully processed through our new system. I have your ticket open and flagged for follow up as soon as I get an answer. 08-15-22: I still have not rec'd any further communication from Cane Creek nor have I rec'd my refund.I would just like to have my refund processed.
