            I placed an order for food totaling in the amount of $27.48 on Thursday May 26, 2022 @ 6:20PM the manager took my order and charged me for the full amount, then asked me for my card number a second time, in which im not sure why. I was charged for this amount and the funds were taken from my account. The manager is saying that he did not take my money but clearly its showing a reflection of the funds taken from my account. After speaking with the manager once again he is still saying that he did not take money and he does not know whats going on. I contacted my bank and my bank is telling me that the funds were taken out and that the merchant "toros tacos & tequila" has to release my refunds in order for my money to be replaced. Toros took my money and I did not receive any food. They stole from me. The owner/manager is very nonchalant about it and he is not willing to refund my money that was spent at his establishment even though my bank account is showing that his company took my money. Thieves!!!
