My husband and I were so excited about the 2-car detached garage. Rafeal was great telling us they stand behind all their work. We left a $2716.50 deposit on 02/22/2022. The concrete crew left our yard a hot mess. Was told it will be fixed. the garage started going up with was fine but when the guys started cutting the windows, they miss cut them so we were told they will be back, they came back put everything up My husband noticed the three panels the replaced were dented and rust already set in. We emailed the company pictures on April 14th, 2022 and was told by the lady Jessica answering the phones and the several emails that the three panels were ordered and should be out this weekend of May 19th, 2022, and the concrete will be out as well to fix the grading issues. This is from and email dated May 19th,2022. Nothing and no one showed!!! We have received answers " I'll look into it" to "all set everything is reordered and will be out to fix the miss steps of their crew. We have tried calling to speak to Rafeal V*** and was told he is not in the building to now no answers. We were very happy at first with this company until this not standing behind their crew and guarantee lying to the customers... All we want is the three panels to be replaced as promised and out property back level. This cost us over $27,000.00 and we just want the product to reflect that amount without having to chase the company. This company was paid as promised.

Mrs. ****, We have spoken about the issues stated above a few times. I understand your frustration as I know that you want these problems eradicated as quickly as possible. As far as the dented sheets go, we do have the materials here to replace those. However, as we are a small company and employee shortages are an issue nationwide, we are doing the best that we can and we hope to have someone out within the next 2 weeks to get this fixed up for you. Other than these small issues, you do have a very nice building that is still able to be utilized at this time. I apologize for the delay in this, but, please know that you are a priority and this will be fixed.
