I'm supremely surprised this company is so highly rated. I have never encountered such rude technicians before, in any service industry. "Unprofessional" would be too kind a word to use. I was connected with this company through my home warranty service. The technician who came out diagnosed the issue after running some water in my sink, and then told me that any slow running water was because of an older part that he wasn't liable to fix. That nothing was broken and there was no clog...never mind that I constantly hear that bubbling sound you do when there is a clog of some sort in the pipe. Was told to replace a rubber stopper on my own dime.This is bad in general, but on top of ALL THIS he was completely awful when he spoke to me. "Lady it's Monday morning, don't start with me", "I only have two more days", etc. I complained to my warranty service but they insisted on scheduling with another technician from this same company. Called in, and phone response was "what do you want?". Absolutely reprehensible behavior. I have seen many other reviews on other sites about how they don't even install things correctly when they actually choose to do work, and then don't take responsibility for it when things go wrong.Stay away because they clearly don't want to stay in business. Talked about retiring so much, like it's our fault he's the one working. How is this BBB accredited?!?!
