I'm filing this **mplaint under this acct b/c I can't find a place for the pool ** they run alongside of this one. All the searches I've done lead me to this one, which has the same owner, *************************. The process with Apex Pools LLC began in July '22 When ***** graded our yard, it wasnt **rrect & we had to have a drain system installed that we paid for out of pocket. There was an issue with getting a crane out to our ********* made tentative plans to have a crane available in 3 days but ***** said no, thats going to **st $3,500 & he decided to use a lowboy to get it to the backyard & destroyed our yard. We were told we would NOT get a refund for the crane b/c he said he now had to pay a landscaper to fix the yard Concrete that was placed around the pool looks bad. ***** blamed us saying we told him it looked good. I said we arent **ncrete professionals & had no idea what it was supposed to look like or that it wasnt supposed to hold water Coping around the pool has loose pieces, jagged edges, installation isnt uniform, etc. We **nstantly reminded ***** this needed to be fixed due to **ncerns of injury. He FINALLY did a little bit of work but it still looks bad The pump/filter system was poorly put together. We had a professional pool care ** **me out & they said, on top of some of the pipes being leaky, the mechanisms inside the system appeared to have been piece milled together. We found out the laterals in the filter were upright instead of laying flat which caused the pool care ** not to be able to perform their job & **st us 2 visits we had to pay for before we realized what the problem was The bonding wire wasnt installed **rrectly which caused us to fail our final inspections twice. We hired an electrician to **me out & fix the wire issue *** asked ***** to reimburse us $3,380 for the crane that was never used as well as 2 visits from the pool care ** that we had to pay for before realizing the filter was installed in**rrectly
