I purchased a 2016 ***** ***** ****** from this dealership. My first week of having it I was having some issues with the AC and trunk. I called the dealer ship and they told me it was probably a setting. I played with the settings and finally the AC started working. However shortly after that the AC went out. I took the vehicle to a repair shop come to find out the battery only had one cell remaining, and the cabin air filter was so clogged it wouldn’t allow any air. That repair cost me 659.00 because none of that was covered by the warranty. My rear back up camera is also damaged caused by water damage that was also found not to be covered by my warranty. That repair will be another $600.00. While on the lot before purchase I noticed there was something on the side of the vehicle that looked like dirt, they claimed that if I washed it, it should come off but it didn’t. I am still having problems with the vehicle that it seems the so called warranty I purchased will not cover. Not to mention I am so sick of the vehicle that I just tried to trade it in they said the vehicle was only worth $11,000.00 and I paid over 20,000 for this vehicle just in late August early September of 2022. This dealer does not even try to do maintenance to the card they sale before they sale them, and they are price gouging. To think I traded in my perfectly good 2019 ****** ***** for a pile of junk.
