      I contacted ***** and he quoted me ****** per hour if it goes over ******, I will be contacted. So, I dropped my vehicle off, and Monday came and went. Tuesday at 3 pm I was told my Vehicle was ready. I got there and the bill was ****** I was shocked, and I was very upset. I complained and they took off ****** I will never take my vehicle there again.

      So sorry for the lack of communication, ******. *****, who intended to supervise the job, assigned your vehicle to ****** and was then absent Tuesday from sickness. ***** failed to tell ****** to stop at an hour to notify you of all the required work, and he kept on until the repairs were complete. When ***** returned and called to apologize to you, you said you would have approved the repairs. You were compensated for the missed call and you can rest assured knowing the work performed is of utmost quality.

      I signed and paid $400 for my car and a small repair, and they gave it to me ransacked and robbed without any notification. Nothing on the car was broken, so a negligent worker left the car unlocked over the holidays or robbed it themselves. Many valuables were missing and the car was trashed, and they said they didnt notice. They will not take liability of the valuables in your car, which is standard, but I cant believe that what happens on their property isnt their responsibility. They did nothing to rectify the situation.

      *******, again, I'm sorry your car was gone through while on our property. It's better for a car door to be unlocked rather than a window be broken to gain entry by a passerby thug. I asked you what could I do and you said nothing was taken or damaged, just some old clothes in a plastic bag were strewn as were the contents in the glove box. There is a notice on the wall stating we will not be responsible for valuables left inside vehicles. Your car was ready for delivery a week before you came to get it, therefore, this could possibly have been avoided. We appreciate your business and very sorry that happened.
