  This business replaced my driveway on May 26 2021. I paid $3000 via check. The owner promised a 1 year warranty via phone and text but had refused to provide the warranty which is a breach of contract. I'm seeking to receive the promised warranty or I will have to file a small claims lawsuit. I have attempted to resolve this with the owner face to face. He's promised to send the warranty in a text exchange but has failed to do so. The owners employees also dug a whole in my yard and took a dump. The owner acknowledged this occurred through text and sent the workers to clean up the crap the following day

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/11) */ We completed the project, we even did extra work brought in top soil backfill, clean up good went above and beyond to do a good job. After job was completed owner kept calling me and making me come back to look at things that had nothing to do with our work. Like car stains, or just normal concrete curing. And I would come just because we always take care of our costumers. But after a couple times it just got out of hand. I came back because he said there was a crack turned out he couldn't even find anything wrong with it. So then he requested a written warranty which he did not pay for. I had told him verbally I would fix it if something that we did wrong. And we will but there was nothing wrong with his driveway. I really hope other customers be careful when dealing with this guy. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/02/11) */ The promised written warranty was not delivered as promised. The owner was not at the job so he has no idea if the job was done professionally or not. If the job was done, his employee wouldn't have dug a whole and took a crap in my yard which they had to come back and clean up the following day. I have pictures I can send of cracks in my concrete months after the work was completed. I also have a text exchange with the owner stating he would send someone to fix them. I couldn't find the cracks when he came to see them because he'd already sent some to fix them. I also have a text exchange where the owner started he would deliver the warranty as promised. I will be happy to submit photos and text messages to BBB Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2022/03/08) */ We already came back and looked at it multiple times, and there was nothing wrong with driveway. We have spent more money on trips to this driveway than he paid. We tried to work with costumer and did everything possible to please him. We are not doing anything else. We provided more work material and labor than he paid for. We still came back and make sure driveway good and nothing we did was bad. He complains about a guy having to go use the bathroom under some bushes. We corrected that and compensated with providing top soil and backfilled driveway. Also he failed to provide guys a porta John bathroom.
