      I noticed a repeating automatic deduction charge of $67.73 from my debit account from the past 4 months, March through June 2023. I saw that it was from writerslife.org, and so I went to their website (which I did not recognize) and attempted to log in so I could cancel my subscription. They have no record of my email address or name. So I am paying for a subscription that I don't even have! I called their number multiple times and left messages or got disconnected; I sent an email to their *********************** contact and received a reply that read "unsubscribed and refunded." But no refund came into my account. I went online to research this company and I see from Reddit sites and complaint sites that they are a scam. I would like to get back the $270.92 that they took out of my account and will continue to take out until I can figure out how to resolve this. I am not the first person going through this experience and I would prefer to not have to cancel my debit card.

      I am not sure who the customer spoke with that said they can't find the account by I was able to locate it by her name and her email. If she has information on who she talked with that said and that said they put in a refund please let us know so we can follow up on that information. We don't see a record of any correspondence with the customer through phone logs or support tickets by her name or the email provided here. The ******************* membership is $67.73 per month and the customer must watch a video that explains the membership, the cost, and that they can cancel at any time before they can proceed with the purchase. Our records show the customer signed up for a trial that lasted 2 weeks for $1 with the condition that if they didn't cancel by the time the trial ended they agreed to the monthly charge until they requested to cancel. No one has tried to scam her, that is not how we conduct our business or treat our customers. Memberships are cancel only, not refundable. As a one time courtesy we have issued a refund for payments for March, April, May, and June. If the customer signs up for any further memberships we will not refund them as the terms are fully disclosed before the purchase can be completed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refunds to reflect with the card issuer.

      I was billed three monthly payments of $67/each in June, July, & October of 2022 for an online course (course name: Inner Circle) that I didn't sign up for. I previously purchased other courses with this company but didn't sign up for this course and didn't approve the credit card charges. The other courses are not in dispute. Despite several calls and emails to the Kindle Cash Flow helpline they have not refunded my card and I am requesting assistance from BBB in this matter. I first called on 10/6/22 and spoke to agent ******** regarding the charges. She said she would refund them and they should show back on my credit card in 10-15 days. I didn't receive any refunds, so I called again on 10/20/22 and spoke with agent ***** in the Philippines who confirmed the refund was processed and would be back on my card in 2-3 days. After that call I received a refund confirmation for one of the three charges of $67. I called back the same day and got agent ***** again and he re-confirmed that all 3 charges had been refunded. On 10/24/22 I called again and spoke with the same agent named ***** who asked me to follow up with my bank because he processed the refund and there was nothing more he could do. He said the department on this end was closed so he couldn't confirm any further but would check and get back to me on Friday. He asked me if I had charged the transactions back with my credit card company to which I confirmed I hadn't. I called again on 10/28/22, but was not able to reach an agent, but left a voicemail. I also sent three emails to their support email, but they've only confirmed they received the emails. The other two remaining charges have not been refunded as of 10/28/22 and I am please requesting assistance from BBB in this matter. Thank you.

      I purchased the *** program on June 25th, paying $997 for a program that was advertised in a webinar as having a 90 day money back guarantee on the program. After starting to go through the course, it became quickly apparent that the process was not as advertised. Additional capital is required if you follow the program in depth once you're in the course. I reached out to support and requested a refund, explained my concerns, and was shortly told that they did not provide them with no further recourse. I reached out directly to the business owner about my unsatisfactory interaction with customer service and got no response. This is what I get for not checking BBB first! The course is not as advertised, and the webinar leading the funnel for the purchase clearly stated there was a 90 day money back window and am being told by a representative of the company that this isn't true. I'd simply like a refund and for them to correct their marketing, making their policy clear.

      On March 27,2022 I signed up for ********************************** The Kindle Cash Flow trainings. What was to be a one time cost has Ted into a “subscription” of sorts with absolutely no way of canceling or opting out. I called the number on the bottom of their emails and have left 3 messages with NO response. I have had to stop and cancel my debit card to prevent further deductions. I want to warn others of this organization and to hold accountable the business man, ** *****, who uses his persona to bait authors.       Hi,

      We don't have any phone messages from this customer, we have one support ticket dated in April of 2022 asking for information on when recordings from a live event we hosted would be available. We have no other correspondence by her name or the email ******************** in our support system. She contacted us through our social media page on June 30th and the Authors Inner Circle membership she had signed up for was canceled at that time. The last charge for her was June 27th and it has been completely refunded. In the correspondence with her we asked her what number she was calling/leaving messages at and if she could send us a screenshot of her phone details showing the dates and times of the calls. With that information we could evaluate refunding previous months but we have not gotten any further replies from the customer.

      I was charged $47 on 6/21/2022 on a debit card that I had my bank lock. I'd like a cancellation and refund of the $47 immediately.

      The customer was charged $47 because they signed up for a monthly membership with us called The ***** ***. Every single month the payment has been declined by the card issuer back to April of 2021 but this month they put the payment through. I have canceled the membership at this time so it will no longer try to bill each month. A refund is being issued for the June payment as a courtesy, memberships can only be canceled and we will refund this time only.

      I was charged $89.70 Canadian on May 7, 2022, on my **** Debit. I did not purchase anything from them. This is fraud.

      The customer was charged because they signed up for the Writers Association membership with11/25/21. It was $1 and then a monthly fee of $67.73 and can be canceled at any time. We have no correspondence from this customer asking for it to be canceled. We show the billing wa completed for 05/08/22 and the 5 months prior to that attempted to charge but was declined by the card issuer due to insufficient funds. We have canceled the membership at this time and we will refund the charge from yesterday as a courtesy. We will not issue any further refunds if the customer signs up for any additional membership programs with us. They can be canceled only. The customer is aware of this as they have signed up for this program on 3 different occassions, 2016, 2017, and 2021.

      I was supposed to be charged $7.95 for their product. However, I see an additional charge for $67 which I did not authorize. Looking at the complaints filed against this company, this seems to be a common practice of this company. Obviously they are a little shy of ethics. I have already informed my bank of this; but they can't do anything until the charge is removed from pending status. I would like this charge to be reversed.

      I am homeless and wanted to find a way to make money to help me get out of the situation I am in. I spent $5,000.00 on this coaching program that turned out to be of no help to me! The coach was unresponsive to my questions and concerns amd his knowledge and performance was nonproductive! I recently had to quote my job of 17.5? Yrs due to Covid vaccinations!
