      I ordered a belt for my job (Law Enforcement Task Force Officer) September 9th (order # *****) totaling about $500. The lead times said up to 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks, I sent an email asking for an update as I had not heard anything or shown an update on the online tracker. They emailed me back saying to expect another 3-4 weeks for a part quality issue. Which was fine. I designed the belt to what I need for my job so I need everything that was ordered. That being said, it has been another 5 weeks, almost double the lead time advertised, and I have not heard anything back by email, and when I try to call nobody answers. There is also not an option to leave a voicemail. I ordered from this company because I have heard great things about it and its customer service. I dont want to cancel my order because I really need this for work. But the customer service, lack of communication, and projected lead times are very deceptive and buyers should be aware of what is happening.

      To whom it may concern,

      ****************** order was delayed in manufacturing due to a material defect in one of the pieces we needed to finish his order. We did convey that reason for delay through email with the customer (see attached screenshot) and the customer agreed to wait.

      Once we were able to work with our suppliers and able to fix the material defect, the customers order was assembled, processed and shipped out on 11/28/2023, and the delivery was through **** ********************** and marked as delivered on 12/4/2023.

      All of our products are custom made to order and we do our best to notify customers of lead times that are constantly changing due to the nature of our work through our website, email and phone.

      Order #***** placed on August 18th. 8 weeks now gone. No updates to order status. Multiple phone call attempts - no option for voice mail on customer service phone number. E-mails to provided e-mail address with no responses. No proactive communication with me when estimated lead times had elapsed (4-6 weeks per website).

      Wilder Tactical is a small manufacturer for both website and federal government orders. While we do list an approximation of our lead times, it can and will change from time to time since all of our products are made right here in our manufacturing facility depending on the amount of orders we face.

      Also, during very busy times, we pull all of our assets to work the production floor to help get orders made and shipped out in a timely manner. That does lead to small gaps where we don't have an employee sitting and monitoring emails/phones all day long.

      This particular order has been processed and shipped out and we email all customers shipping notifications to their email address that was used to create their accounts with us.

       We manufacture 100% ** Made law enforcement and tactical products, and as a small business, we do at times face material shortages which causes all orders to have a much longer lead time than usual. We do our best to answer all emails or phone calls but sometimes they do fall off of our radar unintended.

       

      I have instructed our production team to make sure that this order is shipped out to ************ tomorrow and I also have issued a refund of 15% back to the customer as a sign of appreciation for sticking with us.

       

      I hope that this clears things up, and everyone can walk away happy.
