    I canceled with this company when I was called away. They had not access to my house. Yet showed up after u canceled. The technician signed thebforms himself and they sent a bill. After disputing it I was told my husband let them in my house... I have been divorced since 2000. There is no husband or anyone else with a key to my home. I called their corporate headquarters. I was told this is a franchise. My employees have been receiving threats and calls from them now. This company is bad news.

    Do not use these guys; they are highly unethical. They do not advertise this, but they will not do any work on the sealed system of refrigerators. This includes the compressor, evaporator, drier, heat exchange parts, condenser, or any connective tubing (basically half of the fridge). This, by itself, is not a problem, but they fail to mention it until after they have sent a repair tech out to look at your fridge for 5 minutes, only to tell you it is the compressor and then charge you a $100 - $150 diagnostic fee. And all of this after you tell the customer service rep who you scheduled the appointment with that you think it is the compressor; we had this same issue two years ago and replaced the compressor.After all this, I followed up with the office and asked why I was not told that they would not fix it if it was the compressor before they sent someone out and charged me. Their response was, "If we told all our customers that, we would go out of business" seriously, two company members gave me this response, one of them a manager. Newsflash: if concealing pertinent information about your company's services is essential for you to stay in business, you are doing something wrong.I have no clue how Mr. ********************** is when fixing an issue that they will work on or with other appliances. But any company that conceals information from customers to make money should not stay in business. Use another appliance repair shop; there are much better options.

    ****,When you initially called into the office you reached an after hours call center and they placed your service call on the schedule, our CSR in the office then called you to follow up and confirmed the information that was enter for your service call. During that phone conversation you never indicated once that you believed there was a compressor issue. If you had a compressor replaced two years ago and it is now not working, that means whoever did your sealed system repair did not do it correctly. Our technician was at your house for almost an hour diagnosing your refrigerator so to say it he looked at it for 5 minutes is inaccurate. We at Mr. ********************** are honest to all of our customers and we do not conceal any information while scheduling service calls. There are some circumstances where we will do a sealed system repair but the majority of sealed system repairs are not cost efficient for the customer or the repair company. We have replaced many ** compressors on their refrigerators and at one time were even doing their warranty work for them to help customers with their situation. Our customer base loves and respects the way we do business and we will continue to offer honest and fair service to every customer that calls into our office.
