I canceled with this company when I was called away. They had not access to my house. Yet showed up after u canceled. The technician signed thebforms himself and they sent a bill. After disputing it I was told my husband let them in my house... I have been divorced since 2000. There is no husband or anyone else with a key to my home. I called their corporate headquarters. I was told this is a franchise. My employees have been receiving threats and calls from them now. This company is bad news.

I engaged the services of Mr. ********************** on 12/7/2023 to address a malfunction with my dryer. Upon the arrival of the technician, *****, it was promptly identified that the issue lay with the absence of power to the outlet. Due to this, a diagnostic assessment of the dryer itself was unable to be completed during the visit.Despite a diagnostic of the dryer not being completed, I was charged $160.88 for a diagnostic service that could not be executed (Invoice: *******). Additionally, an augmented fee was applied due to the brand of the dryer being a ******** However, it is pertinent to note that the dryer's functionality was not explored beyond pushing the on/off button, and a diagnostic evaluation specific to the dryer's make was not conducted. No distinctive actions were undertaken in relation to my ******* dryer that would warrant a differential fee compared to other brands. I am seeking a refund for a service that was not provided.I engaged in a phone conversation the morning of 12/12/2023 with Mr. **********************. Resolution, including any option of compromise or a bill readjustment was declined by Mr. **********************. I sent a follow up email to Mr. ********************** again documenting my dispute and request.

Bought a brand new Maytag top load washer October 2023. Stopped working 4 days after the one year warranty expired, so I called Maytag - but since I didn't purchase an extended warranty repairs were all out of pocket. Called Mr. ********************** in Gastonia on 11/3/2023 to schedule an appointment on 11/10. Tech was out here 4 times, replaced various parts on my washing machine (clutch, stator, control panel) - none of which worked and the new parts were uninstalled and the old parts reinstalled. Thankfully, they refunded everything but the service call fee and said there wasn't anything else they could do. I then called Maytag back, who scheduled service at my expense with a different company - but upon arrival their tech was unable to remove the rotor bolt (one of the parts that was uninstalled and reinstalled). Said the rotor bolt was slightly stripped, that "Loctite" was frequently used on them but shouldn't have that much resistance. He tried a couple of different ways to get it off - but "would have to cut off rotor to get to issue and would possibly need new transmission". If that happened, the cost to repair would exceed the purchase price of the washing machine. Tech was unable to troubleshoot anything since he couldn't get the rotor bolt off, so I paid the $138 service call fee (including tax) and he left.Because the Mr. ********************** tech removed/replaced the rotor bolt in order to install/uninstall the new stator - I called to have them come take the rotor bolt off and they REFUSED. Said they can't send a tech out here for free to remove the bolt, despite the fact that their tech is the only one who touched it prior to today (11/20/2023).

I am rejecting this response because:  Mr. ********************** in Gastonia has made no effort to contact me, and they certainly haven't shown up to remove the damaged bolt.

I called this business on 09/05/22 regarding a refrigerator that was not cooling. A repairman came to my home on 09/09/22. Upon seeing the unplugged refrigerator, the repairman asked if the refrigerator had been unplugged the entire time, I told him yes. He said that wasn't good because it would make it difficult for him to diagnose the issue. I asked him if he wanted to plug it in and come back the next day. He said no, he would try to figure out the issue. He never gave me a diagnosis for what was wrong with the refrigerator. He told me he could order a part and come back to my home to see if that might be what the problem was. He took my credit card information and told me it was an advance charge since they were ordering a part. On 09/16/22, someone from his office called me to ask if I had received the part. I told him no. No part had arrived at my home. On 09/19/22 a woman from their office called me to ask about the part. I told her that I had not received any part and asked why it was mailed to my house and not their office. She became belligerent and I asked to talk to the business' manager. The manager called me back, and was in no way apologetic about the rude woman, and made excuses. He also said he would go and pick up the part and acknowledged that I had not received it, telling me he had had many issues with *** not delivering parts. I then received a text message that a repairman would be at my home at 3PM on 09/17/22. On 09/17/22, the repairman came to ********** minutes before the scheduled appointment. I was not at home. The repairman stood on my front porch and called his office. He and the rude woman mocked and laughed at me. I later saw and heard this on my Ring camera. I called and told the manager about this and asked they not return to my home. I was charged $389.17 by this business and never received any service. The manager refused to refund my money, or to give me an invoice or receipt. I have since learned these people are all related.
