            07/25/2024 Purchased and paid cash for Truck that was previously leased with Chrysler Capital Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep never paid Chrysler Capital and now they have reported me to the credit bureau as late paying the lease and not turning in the Truck. I paid cash for the truck prior to the lease deadline. I have been charged penalties on lease and late fees and been reported to credit agencies. I want a letter of responsibility sent to credit agencies as well as Chrysler Capital and all fees paid by the dealership asap

            On 11/04/23 I purchased a brand new **** RAM **** LIMITED at Gastonia CDJR dealership. 2 hours later on a way home, the truck's computer system, battery and motor crashed, while going at 70mph on a busy highway. The steering wheel got stuck. I managed to roll the truck to the shoulder. All systems were completely down, including the hazard lights. It was a life-threatening situation, followed by a 5 hr wait for a tow truck.I called Gastonia CDJR dealership (**) right away to inform them about the incident, and asked for their help. all they did was provide me with the roadside assistance number to call. Nobody EVER called me to see if I was all right after that.Gastonia CDJR dealership disenfranchised themselves from DODGE manufacturing saying that we should deal with the manufacturer directly and that Gastonia dealership does not represent Dodge, just sells vehicles.The general manager ***************** was on all email correspondence with Gastonia CDJR, but never reached out to me.The dealership was greatly concerned about the review I should leave them. I was pushed to sign a paper saying that they were amazing, including after-sale service calls in the future.The bulid-my-deal tab on Gastonia CDJR website is a total joke. It gives you incorrect quote and when you present it to the salesperson (*******************), you are ridiculed and asked to have realistic expectations in an unkind manner. It will also be alleged that you manipulated the website to get that quote. When the screenshots were presented and the issue was raised to the Managers level (*****************************), the explanation came that Gastonia CDJR had to use a third party calculator on their website, and indeed it was giving incorrect information, but they were not responsible for that. This is misleading to the customers, and the rude attitude was uncalled for.4 weeks ago I spent 100K on a brand new truck, and I still do not have a vehicle to drive. If I could give negative stars today, I would.
