I cant remember the exact date but early november 2021 i called and made an appt for an alignment for my car. i explained it was a lowered car and wanted to make sure it would clear their alignment rack. i specifically stated it had a lower front chin and was told it would clear no problem. i got there and it couldnt clear their rack. i live 1 hr away 1 way and this is why i was specific over the phone making my appt because i didnt want to waste my time and gas. they didnt tell me their rack had a lip that was "x" high, if they did i could have measured my car for clearance problem #2 i made an appt middle of nov 2021 to get power locks installed on my 2022 ***** spark. i explained over the phone it had 1 actuator on the driver side and i needed power on 3 other doors and hatch. i was told it can be done without a problem and could even add remote start, total cost of parts and labor was $300. i made the appt and when i got there they stated it would cost 3 times the price because they made a mistake on my quote and would not honor the qoute i gave a bad ****** review and **** called me after, i explained the issue and that i live 1hr away one way. i also explained that i wasted my time for my car alignemnt as well. i asked that they either honor the price quoted or give me a $50 **** giftcard for my time and gas wasted both times. he said they cant honor the $300 quote but it shouldnt be a problem getting me a $50 **** giftcard but would need to speak to ***** for approval and get back to me the following monday. i never heard back for 2 weeks, i called and spoke to ***** himself, explained it all to him, he said he would talk to **** and get back to me. the next day **** calls me and says ***** wont give me the $50 **** gift card. they said theyve been in business over 25 years and cant please everyone. i want my time and gas reimbursed with a $50 **** giftcard. they should make right when they do a customer wrong.
