I completed atleast 12 laser hair removal sessions on my bikini with them after buying 2 packages. I repeatedly told them I was seeing less results after about 4 treatments but they just kept saying I would require more treatments. I then found out at one of my last sessions that one of the ladies had turned the laser level down on multiple visits even after I told her I wasn't seeing results. I called and asked for a refund considering this information and the fact that most if don't all the hair has grown back and I now have to pay another company to get the results I already paid for. They informed me they could refund me $91 not even close to the $1200 I paid for the minimal results that were achieved.Initial Complaint

I went into complete laser clinic early March 2022I had one vial of Restylane put under both of my eyes and die sport put around my eyes I then had Restylane kiss put into my lips after I left the clinic two days later I had a few little small white bumps come up on my lips I had to call the clinic and have them call me in an antibiotic because it was indeed an infection, I then return to complete laser clinic the following Friday and had ****** put in some type of acid that dissolves out the filler he put it into various places I had knots on my top and bottom lip , it is now Monday and the left side of my lip is swollen awkwardly and I just want to have it dissolved completely out at this point, I have called the clinic to let them know $1124 of the **** that I paid them was solely for the injections I had done for my lips therefore I want to dissolve the filler completely out and have my $1124 refunded back to my cardBusiness response

we have seen this lady multiple times she achieved excellent results , we are not refunding her any monies we are going to stop seeing her as a patient , this is not the first encounter we have had with her.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Less than satisfactory results and I would not go back to them for anything else. My lips are botched because of their poor service and lack of communication to add to this most of the filler I had them dissolve out so if the results where so great I would have not had them remove it. On top of it the lip infection was enough for me not to want to go back!Sincerely,
