      I took in my ************** for service on 3/29/2024 for its first oil change/ tire rotation with Toyota of Gastonia. The dealership damaged my right front wheel during the service, and did not bother telling me about it. I went on vacation the day after, so I did not notice the damage immediately. After returning from vacation I noticed the damage to my right front wheel, but figured too much time had passed and did not bother calling Toyota. Fast forward 4 months and I am stranded on the side of the interstate today due to engine failure on my 2023 tundra with only ***** miles on it. I contacted the Toyota of Gastonia service department to seek advice on what was going on with my vehicle and what steps to take. Both the service advisor and the service manager **** were very unhelpful. The service advisor initially informed me that they were short staffed, so they did not have time to assist me with my issue while I was stranded on the side of the highway. Later I was connected to the service manager **** who was very unhelpful. I was inquiring as to if I could drive my vehicle to the dealership or what steps I needed to take. **** was not helpful and would only state you need to bring your vehicle in to us. It's a little hard to drive a vehicle to a dealership with engine failure when your 3 hours away from home. **** would not explain if they would provide a towing service or if I needed to contact one myself. This interaction was my last one with Toyota of Gastonia. The lack of professionalism and customer service etiquette is a disgrace to Toyota and should be addressed immediately.

      Was talked into buying a truck I couldnt afford , I test drove a 2022 when numbers were placed in front of me. It was on a 2023 that I went back-and-forth on for a while and they never showed me the vehicle until I looked at the numbers closely, my salesman filed my credit application online and asked me the questions, I never saw the form , they lied on my credit application they asked me if I could show proof of income for the specific amount they put on my credit application and I specifically told them no that I dont make that much ,The sated on the application I made more than my monthly gross income and saying that me and my mother are the liars that they didnt nothing wrongContacted consumer affair 2 hours later the dealer called me and i was laughed at and was told they wasnt going to do anything to solve the problem, and that they cant help I dont budget my money correctly.They do not care whatsoever of trying to help people they made money from my sale. Thats all that matters to them. They got both of my trade-ins and now Im stuck with a vehicle that I cant afford.

      ********************. We offered you a deal on two different trucks. Both vehicles you aw before making a purchase. We even suggested you choose the less expensive vehicle. You chose to go with the more expensive one. You verified your information you provided numerous times throughout the process. We have made contact with you and have offered to try to trade you out of the vehicle once we were aware you were not happy with your decision. We have made several attempts to set up appointments for you to come in and look at options. You have not shown up for any of the appointments. We are truly sorry you are not happy with your decision.

      Very slow and unresponsive. **************** has gone downhill since the pandemic hit, and now I can add this dealership to the list. They could care less about the customer's satisfaction and resolving issues. When I bought my car 2 years ago, the paperwork got messed up and now that I paid the car off, can't get anyone to respond about canceling the *** insurance. I would not get excited if they offered me something for free, because I know the wait and hassle would not be worth it, waiting for hours trying to get something done while they pass you up and ignore you!! Terrible service!
