I purchased a vehcile from this dealership less than a year ago. When I made the purchase I got a extra/extended warranty. I have the signed contract of both parties. When I called the warranty company to fix an issue with the vehicle, they told me that the contact was voided because Real Steel never made the payment.Business response

So I purchased a car in Dec 2022. In March 2022, after numerous calls and text messages with the company, I still have not received my tags. My temp tag is expired and I can no longer drive car. I end up having to go to motor vehicle myself and pay for new tags all over again. The employees of this establishment hate talking to people after they sell the car. Well, I ended up selling the car the end of March, and needed to cancel my extended warranty that I paid for from them. I texted and called on April 11 and said I needed to cancel the warranty. He responded who is this? I said my name and what car I bought. he asked why I want to cancel and I said selling vehicle. No further response, April 11, no response April 12, 14 , 21 or 22. This is absolutely so unprofessional.They refuse to answer calls or texts. Next step is court.Business response

*****, I know we had a miscommunication about your tag for the vehicle. I spoke to you, and we seemed to have gotten this handled and moved past this issue. i don't think we need to rehash this? As far as your warranty info. You paid ** for the warranty, and we pay the 3rd party company which in this case is liberty shield. You texted me saying you disputed the charge which is very unethical. You need to contact your warranty provider and see what the next step is to cancel your warranty through them. Thank you for your time.

Real steal auto and repair sold me a truck with an odometer rollback. I brought it to there attention by showing them the car fax report and they will not help me or make it right.Business response

Before we purchase vehicles at the auction company of any sort they are to supply ** with a Autocheck on the vehicle. In your case the vehicle is a 2013 and if it had a true odometer rollback they would have to announce it (TMU) and we wouldn't be able to finance it through your lender (Credit Acceptance). With that being said, your statement about how we didn't try to help you is an understatement. We tried to get you in another vehicle, and was willing to take the vehicle back in on trade. You came up here for the ****** 4-runner which you applied for financing through your bank and they only approved you of so much. That is not an issue on our end. if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out and we will try again to help you in any which way. i have attached an autocheck on the vehicle you bought this way you can see it again.
