5-17-2021 I shipped 2 boxes of clothes to Puerto Rico. The boxes arrived and were returned to NC. The reason the boxes were returned according to the store associate was because the mailbox at the delivery location was too smalll. The total cost for both boxes to be shipped was $432.00. I didn't receive a refund of any sort although this was out of my control. In addition, I believe the company could have left the boxes in Puerto Rico to be picked up by the receiver. In addition, the shipment receipt shows (If Undeliverable: Return Package). I was never asked if I wanted the package returned. Maybe that's the procedure for that location but I'm not sure.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/03/07) */ Hello mam'. We are very sorry for the inconvenience of this shipments. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for this insistence. When shipping international there are two choices if your box is non deliverable. 1 either abandon the package or 2 return the package to the center. This is why the package was returned to us and you received your parcel back. the Unfortunately we are un able to refund your money because the package did leave us and arrive in Puerto Rico, but the location you chose for it to be delivered to was not acquitted for the delivery of the package. The gas and service used to bring the package from NC to Puerto Rico was already charged. Also when a package gets return to the sender internationally there is a charge for that service of them returning the package to us. Someone (the store) must pay for the gas and service used from Puerto Rico back to NC. I apologize on our part that the process of shipping internationally was not explained correctly or thoroughly enough.
