Our new roof installed by Highly Affordable Roofing started leaking the weekend of December 17th. I emailed ********************* at Highly Affordable Roofing about the issue. He was very quick to respond indicating someone would come by and look at it on December 18th or 19th (email trail attached). That was the last time I had contact with him. I emailed him, called and left voicemails and texted him to no avail. He "ghosted" me once before and I noticed in ****** reviews he has a habit of doing this. I have been nothing but nice to him and I expect the same in return. If his company cannot make it to an appointment as planned, the decent thing to do is let someone know, instead of us waiting and wondering when they will show up. I would have understood. I just want my roof leak resolved before more of the contents are ruined. My roof included a 50 year warranty on materials and 5 years on labor.Business response
