Contracted to build furniture with Yellowwolf back in Sept21 by paying $6061.12 deposit. They failed to show up to do any work after me giving 4 chances for 2+ months. Their lead carpenter communicated to cancel contract due to their internal issues & promised to refund money in 10 bus days in Nov21. I have email from them for that cancellation & promise. But even after that, they imposed their 90 days refund policy for refunding money which expired on 26 Feb22 without me receiving any refund They never showed up to do any work as promised except there were 2 plugs installed which is not completed with drywall finish In between they came up with refund amount of $3800 & then later modified it with $5300. Which I never received as it was not fair amount for the work which we contracted to finish. They wanted to charge me $750 to install two electric outlets which was not fair. They are saying they had bought materials for my project & lost money due to project cancellation. Upon asking what they did with that material, their lead carpenter confirmed they used that material for another project. So, they are using my deposit money to do other projects Their website ******************************** *s not working. Their emails is bouncing back I am asking for my full refund + 10% Interest Date of transaction: 09/23/2021 Amount paid: $6061.12 What business committed to provide: Built in in Garage, Office, Closets Nature of dispute: Yellowwolf failed to showed up to do work. Only 2 electric outlets were installed. Contract was cancelled by their lead carpenter with committing to give me refund in 10 business days. But they never paid back any money as of writing this. I am asking for full refund + 10% interest since they are using my money to do other projects. Weather or not business had tried to resolved the issue: They came up with various reduce refund amount that is not fair as none of the contracted work done at my home & now refuse to give me any refund.Initial Complaint

Purchase a bar from this company in July 2021. They charged me 850.00, but charged an extra 425. I have attempted to get them to return the $425 and in November 2021 then sent the payment through ******. I accidentally returned it to them also in November 2021 as I was not familiar with using ******. January 2022, ****** confirm the payment was return to their bank account. This company said they would return the funds after clearing the matter with ******. They had myself and the paypal representative on the phone, Yellowwolf said the payment did not go to their bank account. The ****** representative said it would take 10 days to resolve. I have been calling Yellowwolf for the past few weeks and no one answered until March 2, 2022. I spoke with a "***," it appeared he was frustrated that I continue to call, he later said since I was negligence he was not dealing with me any more. I have been patience with this company, just because I was not familiar with ****** doesn't mean they can keep $425 free money. This is not fair
