In August 2022, BBB investigated Vehealt ‘s business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints. One complainant “purchased a walking trimmer from the Vehealt company” expecting to receive a tracking number in 3-5 business days. The customer “finally got the tracking number and was told I would receive my walking trimmer within 10-20 business days” but “was sent another email with a new tracking number”. When the package was received, the complainant stated “it was not my walking trimmer it was a small package that contained a wash cloth and the item was a cool down cloth. Not the walking trimmer I originally ordered for $77.26”. The complainants have been unable to get their requested refunds or to contact the business.

On August 16, 2022, BBB sent a request to Vehealt with the following questions:

On August 16, 2022, BBB checked the website (https://www.vehealt.com/) to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on April 6, 2022, and the registrant name/information was not disclosed.

As of August 31, 2022, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact with the business. No response has been received to email or postal mail communications. Lastly, the phone number included on the contact page is disconnected.  

BBB suggests that any consumers who placed an order with this business and have not received their products, should dispute the charges with either their banks or credit card companies.
