            Went to the car got my car washed then proceed to leave did not vacuum it out because i have to kids that wanted to get home. I left went home which is about 10 mins away got out to get my kids and noticed my brand new car I just bought was scratched everywhere went back filed a claim and got denied because i left and came right back!!!!!!

            The car wash ripped off my wiper arm and beat my windshield cracking it in several places they said it wasn't their responsibility and became very upset that I was complaining the manager gave my home address to her family and they came to my house screaming threats at me they even threatened my children on Facebook this place is insane I have been in touch with the police department and I'm waiting to here back I contacted the owner of the wash and he refuses to return my calls this is the most unprofessional business I've ever been to and I'll never go back I can't believe they actually sent someone to my home and are stalking my children because they don't want to fix what they broke
