I have a 2019 Honda pioneer 1000 limited edition. I bought a horn from Honda of North Carolina and they told me that that was all I needed to install it then when I couldn't install it I called them back and they said I needed something else. Now I took my side by side to them to be serviced, checked for the fan not working, and install turn signals, I also took them the horn they sold me and asked them to put it on for me. They called me and said that a horn is included in the turn signal kit so I no longer need the horn they sold me. They said they will not return what I paid for for the Honda horn because it is an electrical item.Business response

Good Morning;
We have reviewed the complaint and understand Ms. *****’s complaint. From our perspective Ms. ***** purchased the horn she requested about 1 year ago. She recently bought a turn signal kit it also included a horn.
This was when she wanted to return the horn she previously had purchased. It was not in the original packaging and was loose in the unit and in a overall condition which would prevent us from restocking and reselling the item.
Further we have a policy that specifically states that electrical components are not returnable for any reason.
As a goodwill gesture in the interest of helping Ms. ***** we will issue a $25 gift card and mail it to her home address.
