Southern Atlantic Partners took over our homeowners association dues payments sometime in 2023. We were provided no information as to how to make these payments. After months went by, I finally was provided a web site address to a very generic website with a contact form I filled out. I have requested multiple times an itemized statement of my bill as the amount I am being told is more than I owe. The person I am corresponding with refuses to grant my requests and has sent me form letters requesting payment via personal payment systems like ******* and *****. She has now threatened me with possible attorney fees and credit reporting if I do not pay the full balance. The full balance most likely includes fees that I should not be charged, but I cannot be certain due to the lack of communication on the part of Southern Atlantic Partners.Initial Complaint

Southern Atlantic properties formerly, Prestige Management group is HOA managing company. That I pay monthly, so basically I'm there Employer. They make me pay a 40.00 fee for Monthly maintenance but they routinely ignore my needs and continue to take my money. I have a tree not on my property, needs to be cut down. Been trying to get it cut down for 9 months all while paying 380.00$ in fees. Obviously look at the reviews of both companies and try and call the owner ****** *****. Unreachable.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I responded on 1/4 I did not see other communication, beside closing. I'm currently seeking $360.00 refund because I don't feel this Business put forth any effort for 8 months. There is a lot of layers to it, a service I pay for, wasting ********** not even my property, roots over grown, way to big of a tree for area etc.
As A Customer I didn't know what else to do.

From my understanding there were two trees that needed to be cut down. One on the homeowner's property and the other tree not on the homeowner's property. The tree on ******************** has been taken care of. Per the homeowner of the property the builder was asked to remove the tree. Southern Atlantic Partners is not responsible for the other tree not on your lot. The builder should be contacted and asked for the reimbursement of what was paid to get the tree removed.

I am rejecting this response because. I spoke directly to ***** yesterday and told her I wanted reimbursement for over 8 months silence and negligence. I was paying them monthly for there service they provide me. Which I didn't get. This is not about the trees, it's about what I was paying for before ***** was even hired.
