            I had some equipment installed in my car and the equipment has malfunctioned and they are stalling to fix or replace. It has a 3 month warranty and they have been saying they will call. It's been 2 weeks since I've had it and over a week since they have talked to me about calling me back. I came here today March 21, 2024 and they was rude and said they would call me. This is not the first time I've had problems with them. They claimed to have upgraded from the last incident with their equipment failure which is why I have what I have now. Now that this one has failed they are trying to blame me for the situation. Knowing the first one's was from fuse failure in the speaker. Now it's the speaker itself. I don't think they are going to call or replace because of them continuously saying they will call and I having to come down here always with every speaker they have installed. When I asked for a refund they got upset and said they don't do refunds.
