I had some equipment installed in my car and the equipment has malfunctioned and they are stalling to fix or replace. It has a 3 month warranty and they have been saying they will call. It's been 2 weeks since I've had it and over a week since they have talked to me about calling me back. I came here today March 21, 2024 and they was rude and said they would call me. This is not the first time I've had problems with them. They claimed to have upgraded from the last incident with their equipment failure which is why I have what I have now. Now that this one has failed they are trying to blame me for the situation. Knowing the first one's was from fuse failure in the speaker. Now it's the speaker itself. I don't think they are going to call or replace because of them continuously saying they will call and I having to come down here always with every speaker they have installed. When I asked for a refund they got upset and said they don't do refunds.Business response

This customer purchased a speaker box from us. When she blew the speaker we informed her that it was under warranty and we would get the replacement part from the manufacturer and call her when we had more information. When she showed up at the store and asked "why we hadn't called" we told her "we were waiting to have something to tell her." We then told her before she left that we been able to contact our distributor and the replacement should be here around the 1st week of April and we would call her when the replacement part was here.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all I did not blow the speaker box. It started malfunctioning before I got to Va. At first I thought it was me but after day two of having it the sound got worse. I then proceeded to call them with no response back which is why I felt the need once again to travel back to them. I was then met with a Very rude attitude from the manager ****** which led to me just eventually shutting down and walking out. My friend with me suggested I contact you all seeing as this wasn't the first incident with them. I proceeded to do so while still on their property and then that's when he came out and apologized after seeing I wasn't alone and said he had just gotten off the phone with whomever and they said the replacement would be shipped to them and he would call me when it came in. That's all he said. Nothing else about the 1st week of April or anything else but what I said. I really didn't want to talk with him after the way he talked to me in the store. He was as I said Very rude and upset that I had even came by to see what was going on as well as accusing me of that speaker and the previous ones before that. Every time I tried to explain that the fuses was the problem in the other's which they had to continue to replace and that his coworker said that this one was blown. I said it sounded as if it was blown but he accused me of the malfunction. Not just being another equipment failure.
