Took car there for a diagnosis for warranty. Claimed they always work with warranty companies. Mechanic ( Wes)made me call warranty and try to give them information they needed to hear from him. He eventually told me he was tired being on hold with them and it was his last try before he stops trying. He never let me sign or see a quote or tow bill. Wouldn’t tell me price of parts. He wouldn’t give warranry company accurate information. He then proceeded to order parts then fix my car without authorization or any signature of agreement, BEFORE insure even approved or denied the claim. The claim go denied because he didn’t provide enough information to warranty company and he told me he was charging me for $3100+ for unauthorized repairs to my car. He will not release my car back to me: he is holding it ransom. He made me stay on the phone with warranty to contact them for him for over 8 hours total because “he didn’t have time”. His partner Roger, was blaming me for the warranty company keeping them on hold. It seems like he was intentionally trying to get paid top dollar at any cost. I haven’t been able to get my car still so I spend a ton of money on Uber because of him. I still have not seen any receipts for parts, or anything with my signature on it.
