In July of 2021, Bath Planet of the Triad installed a walk in shower for us. This job was to only take up to 2 days. After the 7th day, I asked the installer to leave. The price of the shower that we had done was$8,100.00. The installer didn't complete the job, and we have tried numerous times to get Bath Planet to resolve this matter. We have provided Bath Planet with pictures, written them letters, sent texts messages, etc. They keep telling us that they will get back with us, but after 8 months, we still have no resolution. Bath Planet sent one guy out to "fix" our issues, but he said that he didn't do that type of work; that he was a carpenter, and didn't even have the tools to fix it. Please see below the last text that we sent to them. Hey Gary... I'm sending this text to you, but I'm also copying this to Jamie and Hassell, so that everyone is aware of what's going on. The last message I rec'd from you was on 6/7/22 @ 8:52 pm, that said you were checking with BCI, and may have an answer tmrw...being 6/8/22. From 6/7/22 to today, 6/29/22, (that has been 22 days) with still no answer. From the time you came to our house on 5/31/22 @ 2:30 pm, you explained to us that Jamie was on vacation till that following Monday, 6/6/22. I even talked to Jamie by text on 5/10/22, and he said he'd get back with us, but he never did. From the time we were hired with Bath Planet on 10/28/21, Bath Planet, meaning Jamie, Gary, and Hassell have known about our issues with our shower. That means it has been 8 months that the issues have not been resolved. I asked you in our meeting on 5/31 why yall couldn't get someone out here to fix these issues, and you said to us that we weren't making enough noise. You also said that you were having to go behind Hassell and clean up some of his messes, but Hassell didn't do this. He has been honest and done everything he could do in his power.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
