On March 12, 2024 the company came to my house to do a refinishing of our bathtub. The work they did was excellent. However when it came time for the billing they charged me $900 when we agreed to $800. When I called the Office they changed it back to $800. Consequently I went downstairs and noticed a water leak on the ceiling underneath the bathroom where they did the work. I texted the office the pictures of the lake and express the fact that Im allergic to mold which is caused by water damage. I got no response. The following morning on 313. I left a voicemail message requesting a call back to address this issue. I have received no call back. I will be pursuing this matter legally.Initial Complaint

We paid $1,100 to have our tubs refinished in January. Since then, we have had repeated issues with paint peeling and water gathering behind the coating. The fumes last far longer than what this company led us to believe, and we have to vacate our house each time the work is "fixed." I run a business from my home and have lost income as a result. They have been out seven times, and we are still having problems. I have emailed and called several times, starting December 3, with no one returning my calls or emails. I am seeking a full refund, as this company has repeatedly failed to solve the issues with their product.Customer response
