I booked a bus charter on Mar 29 with Master Tours AKA Transcendent Charter to take us to a competition on May 20. I mailed the certified check in and the company assured me we were good to go. At 10:38pm on Thurs, May 18 they sent me an EMAIL telling me they were cancelling the charter. We were due to leave at 4 am on Sat, May 20. I just happened to check my email at 8:30 am on the 19th to find the message. I had to scramble to find another company to do the charter with less than 20 hours notice. I ended up having to pay a late fee/penalty for that of $1385. They promised a full refund but it has now been over 12 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. They have the business with BBB as Master Tours, the website is Master Tours, the phone numbers and email are Master Tours but the Invoices and Policy come from Transcendent Charter. Transcendent Charter is not listed with BBB. Both businesses are listed with the secretary of State but physical address for Master Tours isn't a valid address and the summons I sent to the PO Box was never picked up. I'm unable to sue them since we can't find them to serve them. So no active court case at the moment. The business location where the check was mailed to is in the Transform GSO shared office location. They are never there, the buses are not there (if they even have any) and they won't answer the phone. I've texted, called, left messages but they won't respond. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General where they did respond to them but it is just more lies. I'm attaching documents - communication is all the texts and emails between us after I got the cancellation email. Website is the website as it was when I booked the charter, bullet points is a quick overview of everything, Response is what Jordan sent back to the Attorney General. Invoice is where I was sending the final payment to them and Policy is the company policy they sent me and kept referring to.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I am trying to get them served in order to sue them in court. I also found out that there is another individual suing the company as well so this isn't a one time deal. They are scamming and stealing from multiple people.
