I ordered and paid for a whole house DEEP clean. I barely received a lick and promise. On their website they claim ******************* Our professional ********** area maids will break out the detailing brushes and make sure every inch of your home is free of dirt, dust, and germs. No room goes untouched (unless you specify otherwise), and no corner goes uncleaned with our deep cleaning services. We make sure to clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and pay special attention to any areas of concern, leaving your house looking and feeling fresher than ever. One lady came at the scheduled appointment time (12 Noon), another about 1:30 PM, and a 3rd one about (maybe) 2:30 PM. All three left before 4:30 PM. They did not move any furniture, rugs or make the beds, left cob webs and dust throughout the house, The dining room table was wiped off but not the legs or chairs. One of the ladies told me she could not get the dark spots off my bedroom window casing and it must be mold or something. Later I sprayed them with a $1 bottle of Totally Awesome cleaner from Dollar General; the spots and dirt rolled right down on contact. The floors were (so called) mopped, with some type of something similar to ********** AROUND the rugs. I called customer service while the ladies were here. Its been three days and they have still NOT returned my call. I dont feel like it is too much to expect the floors to be scrubbed, etc. on a DEEP clean. This was not a True Clean Experience for me at all!

Mrs. ***** I hate that we were not a good fit for you. Unfortunately we could not satisfy your request to be on our hands and knees with scrub brushes. We had never had such a request in over 10 years of business and considered it unreasonable and unnecessary. However the before and after pictures did depict what a thorough cleaning we performed on an older home, with older furniture, where there was a lot of clutter. And your floors looked great with our traditional mop method we use on other homes. We were very clear for ********************* reasons we can't move major furniture. It increases the risk of our house cleaners injuries, it also increases the risk of breakage damage to your furniture. Most clients understand this. However as you can see we were willing to clean and accommodate in any area after you moving the furniture on your own. And even though you would wait until after the cleaning crew cleaned an area and come in and move all of the furniture, instead of moving the furniture before they cleaned an area. We still double cleaned each room to your satisfaction. We apologize if we missed a call, we thought we answered all of your questions and concerns, and found that there was an abnormal excessive amount of communication needed by you. In the end we saw really great results in all of the before and after pictures and videos, and I am placing one of your last comments to us in quotes "it looks great, the team were really amazing and did a great job". Labor hours of combined work totaled almost 10.4 hours, the cleaners arrive at different times depending on their last job, but we work hard to make sure you get your time for your clean. Our cleaning crew was human, it is possible we we missed a spot and we would have been happy to come back and clean that up as its part of our service guarantee to return to clean anything missed. A company like mine works really hard at our ratings so I am disappointed to see this 1 star review especially after reviewing the before and after pictures on your home, and your last comments to us.
