      I paid for this class on April 24, 2023. I never a confirmation that I was accepted. I reached to ***** J****** ********** and email ***************** .Stating that I wanted to cancel the class. My mom has been emailing and I am not getting any where.. Her first response : Regrettably, we are still reliant on our IT department to finish their procedure, and until it is finalized, there's nothing within our department's control that we can do. If ******* would like to withdraw her application for the summer sessions, please let me know and I will contact our Office Manager about an application refund.  Til this day I haven't received the refund of $45.00. All I keep getting the response. I will contact my office manager. I did nkt take this class and I would like my money back please. Its like NC A & T is stealing my money.

      I reached out to ***** J****** regarding your concern.  The below message response is what I received.  It explains why there was a delay in processing a refund to you.  The Treasurer's Office processed the application fee refund on their behalf on July 10th.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay caused.  If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us.

      Ms. D*****,

      We have identified the issue: the application fee for Ms. Turner, her mother paid, but we couldn't find the recipient's name to process the refund. After thorough investigation, we discovered that the credit card was registered under the name Luciana Logan, and the transaction number was 194832, dated 04/21/2023.

      Also, our AdmissionPros system went live on May 18th, just a few days before the summer one session classes began. We had informed Ms. ******* about the delay in processing applications due to technical problems with both our IT department and theirs.

      I hope this information is helpful and we are still in the process of learning TouchNet and AdmissionPros.  Ms.Pat White will be reaching out to you for assistance to process the refund.
