Very disappointed in a level of communication and transparency. The staff is very rude at Brown investments in Greensboro. The lady hung up on me as I was trying to explain why I had an issue about my security deposit not being delivered and she’s the one that was supposed to address a issue to basically took her employee word and tried to throw it back in my face talking about. I don’t own no mailbox. I did when I was living here for 11 months and I never said I own a mailbox. It was my property that was in that mailbox that was taken by your employee, and you won’t address that, but you want to address my attitude about my $941 not being returned, I will never recommend nobody to move over here in these apartments. They just throw these together they do not do a full clean when you move in they just throw stuff together to get you moved in and get your money and the man managers at vineyard brook townhomes are unprofessional questioning me about my personal business talking about they know where I stay and what kind of car I drive that sound like y’all harassing and stalking me, I change my mail to my mother‘s house, just so he can get my security deposit securely and I explained that to Madison now she tried to split the script talking about do I stay with my mother because I came to check her mail for my security deposit from them brown investment
