Many customers have been waiting almost 1 month to get debit cards to replace after the institution has a security breach. They are doing nothing to get these people their money. They are experiencing late fees or insufficient fund fees. This has been a hard pandemic on all of us but when you can have access to your money and they are not making any moves to resolve the problem other then I apologize. Please tell that to kids who need food and the mortgage has to be paid. It is ridiculous that in 2021 this bank does not have a way to give you a replacement card in the branch. I have reached out to the President of the bank. People are already suffering and this bank is doing nothing. You can not keep going to a bank multiple times a week to sit in the drive-thru. This needs to be addressed immediately and a resolution needs to be in place. Cyber hacks are occurring in all industries especially banking. This bank seems to be stuck in 1975 when it was created. Someone needs to do something now. I am coming to you internally first if nothing happens then I will go to all social and news outlets in the area like WFMY and FOX news. Please step into the 21 century to service your customers adequately.
