On September 18, 2023 at 12:20 PM I received an E-MAIL from Greensboro Dermatology stating I had an appointment on the same day September 18 at 2:20 PM. I was NOT aware of this appointment. Now they want me to pay a missed appointment fee of $30.00. I am not really complaining about the fee as I know most Dr's offices have this stipulation. I am upset because they notified me 2 hours before my so-called appointment. I am 89 and do not check my e-mail daily. When I went to their website I noticed this is a common occurrence with this practice according to the patient complaints. I do not believe I even made this appointment as I was in the office on December,13, 2022 to see Dr. J**** and she asked me if I would like to make a follow up appointment and I replied No I will call back after the Holliday's. I feel if I need to give 24 hour notice they need to give a reasonable notice.
