We are a small school that ordered on-line training for two of our teachers from Invigorate Education. The company promised that as soon as they received our payment, they would activate the training and we would be able to complete it. The payment was sent by credit card. The company has not withdrawn four payments of various amounts from our account and we still do not have access to our training. They do not answer phone calls or emails. When you call the numbers listed for their company, the name of the company keeps changing. I attempted to contact them by phone leaving messages almost every day for two weeks. I also emailed several times. Once I threatened to follow with legal action, I received an email that said they were sorry but everything would be resolved by the end of the week. Nothing was resolved that week and that is when I noticed that more payments had been charged to by card. I have had to cancel my card just to make sure they won't do it again.

We are a school that ordered an online training for 2 teachers with Invigorate. The online training does not work and the teachers can not continue with the training. Also, the training is not clear on line and cuts in and out while trying to read. We are a school that can not afford to just throw money away. I have tried to contact them and request a refund but now they are ignoring my emails and calls. We would like a refund.

I am a kindergarten teacher at ******* ********** ****** in *** ********** **********. On March 1, 2022 I signed up for a professional development workshop entitled "Foundations of Reading" through Invigorate Education. As a follow-up, I reached out via email to confirm that my application and payment had been received and asked for information about the workshop. I received confirmation that the bill, in the amount of $426.44, had been paid, but was given no information about the workshop. I reached out again literally dozens of time for information about how to access this online workshop. I called the two numbers provided ***** ******** and (**** ******** and left voice and text messages. At one point I did this daily determined to get a response. I also send many emails and have documentation of reaching out on March 23, April 13, May 5, May 8, and June 15th. Some days I called both phone numbers and left voice messages, left text messages, AND emailed. The only response came on March 23 confirming payment and on June 15th both email responses came from ****** ******. Her June 15th response was: Did you ever complete the teacher enrollment form? Upon registration and invoice issuance we provide detailed steps on how to complete the steps for registration. Did you complete the teacher enrollment form? ****** ****** Invigorate Education ************ ************ ******************** ************************  I responded immediately stating that I never received a teacher enrollment form or any information about how to complete the registration process. I never received a reply. I am beyond frustrated and question if this company even exists. The charge was placed on a ******* ********** ****** credit card ********** My receipt is #*********. Any help that you can offer to receive a complete refund would be greatly appreciated. ****** *****

We scheduled a summer training with this education consulting company. We paid part of the expenses upfront. We had many staff members give up their summer days to attend the training. On the first day, no one showed up. We tried to contact the company to see what had happened. We were told there had been an accident with the trainer, and we would be contacted to reschedule. This didn't happen. We then read that this exact thing happened to other districts. We have had no responses to our requests for a refund of our money.

I would like to file a complaint against Invigorate Education (**** * ****** *** **** ***** *********** ** ***********. I am the principal of a school in ********** ** and I paid them for a service they did not provide-- *************** Training & Professional Development Coursework and Instruction. I requested a refund in accordance with the refund policy on their website but they have stopped returning my emails, phone calls, and text messages. They have taken approximately $10,000 from my school and I think they are a scam organization. I have also found several online reviews aligned with my experience: *************************************************************

My school district purchased the Self-Paced Orton-Gillingham 30 self-paced course Training, With Curriculum Set in November 2022 for $895.00, or myself and another user. Once I went through the course I realized it was not helpful and contained a slide deck to read as well as YouTube videos that could be found online for free. I finished the course and found it to not be helpful or adequate as a professional training. The company also did not send any materials as promised in the course description of a curriculum set. I called to complain and switch our courses to live presentations, hoping it would be more in depth and helpful. I did not hear back from them for over a month after the purchase. I called and left 3 messages. No one returned my call. I emailed them 3 times. No one responded. My complaints are these: 1. I did not get the product materials and curriculum set that were paid for 2. The training was inadequate and not worth the cost as many of the videos could be accessed free through YouTube. 3. I did not have any contact from them after multiple attempts. 4. If a company is going to promote a product for sale, it should be ready to be put in the hands of the customer once the money is collected. 5. This company training was horrible, and I would never recommend this for any educator or school district. I would like a full refund. Thank you.

We placed an order with this company back in June 2022. They insisted in full payment before they would ship out the training materials. We waited a month or so and no materials. Amanda ****** responded that "There's a small delay in printing. I can send the books digitally in the interim until I have an update from the printer. Could that work?" We agreed and after several follow up emails we finally received the "digital book" emailed. They kept saying that it was emailed, but we checked constantly all mailboxes and nothing. In the meantime, the hard copy books were STILL not received. We followed up with Amanda by email and phone at least 8 times, and we have yet to get a response. The "digital book" that was emailed was not really an actual exact digital copy. It was sort of like a companion ebook. According to our colleague that the materials were purchased for, the materials were sub par in quality and usefulness as there were multiple parts that said to refer to the book. The book that was never sent. They replied on 8/31/22 that the book was finally reprinted and would be shipped. Again, no follow up, no book, no tracking, no response to any emails or calls. I finally demanded the book or a refund and surprise, surprise.... there was NO RESPONSE. Stay away from this FRAUD or a company. We paid $2965 for basically unusable worthless training.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

To be honest, I'm not surprised they are ignoring you as well.

I filed this complaint to prevent others from being fleeced by this company.

      Thank you.

I purchased the Self-Paced Orton-Gillingham Training, With Curriculum Set on November 17, 2021. for $695.00. I specified a course start date of 12/10/2021. I did not hear back from them for over a month after the purchase. I called and left a message. No one returned my call. I emailed them. No one responded until after I had filed a complaint with my credit card company and they temporarily removed the charge from my credit card. Then I got an email from them three days ago on January 19th that said this: Welcome ****, Thank you for enrolling in Orton-Gillingham Online- 30 Hour Course. You will have to create a password to access this course. If you have received this email, and your course is not yet active (or it says you aren't enrolled in any courses), that is because you have a preliminary account and we are finalizing details. Once your account is switched over to active, you will receive another email that will give you full access to the course and the materials attached. If you have any questions or need clarity, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Course Questions", please be sure to include your full name and the email address associated with your account. Sincerely, Nzingha W*** My complaints are these: 1. I did not get the product I paid for during the time I wanted it so that I could complete it over the holiday break. 2. I did not have any contact from them for over a month after I ordered their course and curriculum set., 3. Even though they sent me the above email, I still have not received any course content or a curriculum set. 4. If a company is going to promote a product for sale, it should be ready to be put in the hands of the customer once the money is collected. 5. The reviews I read about this company after the purchase were horrible, and I believe they are a fraudulent company. I would like a full refund. Thank you.
